Days 1 - 3: Volcanoes National Park / Parc National des Volcans
On arrival at Kigali, you will be transferred to Volcanoes National Park / Parc National des Volcans to check in at the comfortable Mountain Gorilla View Lodge. Here you’ll be able to relax before your adventure begins! Conveniently located close to the areas for Gorilla trekking, you’ll also be able to take in stunning views of Mount Sabyinyo and the surrounding landscapes.
On your second day, you will go Gorilla trekking in this magnificent Park. Trek into the dense rainforest for an exciting and unforgettable encounter! With a range of treks available for different abilities, there are opportunities for everyone to spot these fascinating and majestic animals.
On the third day, you will have the chance to track endangered Golden Monkeys amongst their bamboo habitats, at the base of volcanoes. These charming animals are increasingly becoming accustomed to humans, and offer an entertaining and unique experience!

Days 4 - 5: Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Uganda
You will be transferred across to Uganda, where you will check into the Travelers Rest Hotel – one of the best destinations for Gorilla tracking! You’ll be able to rest for the evening before setting off for Mgahinga Gorilla National Park the next day.
One the second day, you will be driven to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, either for more Gorilla trekking, or to visit the charming and fascinating Batwa Tribe.
The Batwa Experience is a unique cultural and historical encounter – you can see how the Batwa live, go on a hike with a Batwa guide, share an authentic meal, learn about their traditional medicines, and even see how they hunt. This offers a truly unique experience.

Days 6 - 7: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
